primrosesigbotq @apooljus Hi, doll! Sorry I was working in the boutique. Okay, I measured the hem laying flat and it is 24" long so both would be 48" around...u r funny!! the shoulder to hem is 30". Now, how sheer it is..... I held it up to the light , and you could see my hand through it, but that was through the light..I can post that picture for you...💃👠🌹
