GORGEOUS! 2 layers: One long sleeve sheer t-shirt type stretchy material with a lace ruffle at the bottom (cute on it's own!) 22" pit-to-pit and 29" shoulder to hem The vest sweater overlay piece has pretty stiped detail and is 30" shoulder seam to hem in front This is SO CUTE with jeans!! The color is a light wedgewood blue Size says Medium but this definitely fits XL with no problem at all! Great condition!
