GORGEOUS 1930s' FUCHSIA VELVET WIDE BRIM HAT + LAVENDER GROSGRAIN TRIM

This is is a spectacular piece of fashion history! This hat is made of fuchsia velvet that is creatively topstitched all over and consists of a conical crown surrounded by a wide brim. The top edge of the brim has a band of velvet that has no topstitching, for contrast. There is a narrow lilac colored grosgrain band around the crown, which ends in 2 bows at the front. The crown is lined with a shiny pink fabric. The crown is flexible, and the brim is semi-rigid. Outside dimensions are approximately 18” end to end. This is a collector's dream!
