ginnee1451 @rebeccaatkins. Yes. And they wanted me to send money back to them because the check was more than my item was selling for but it is a scam. I had another one that wanted to send someone to my home address to pick up an item

ginnee1451 @hannahj94 the best thing to do now is probably contact your local police department and stop all communication with them. They now have some of your personal information so you could potentially be a victim of identity theft.

ginnee1451 @rebeccaatkins also, in the future, do all communication through poshmark. Don't respond to emails or text messages because it's very likely the same thing

If someone wants to purchase your item they can send you an offer. Poshmark will send you a shipping label then you box it and send it. Once the buyer receives the item, they rate you and the money is released to you
