GNW Misses Sueded Dressy Straight-Leg Trousers - Side zip with adjustable Velcro tab - Back pleats - Dark Gold-Tan - Size 6 - 30¾" inseam - EUC. There are a couple of small irregularities in the waistband fabric (see next to last photo), but they are so slight that it was difficult to photograph them.
