This is in great condition! Brand is GLO JEANS by JLO. It has some stretch but not a ton. Super cute built in under shorts that look like pocket material keep you covered. Vintage from the early 2000s. Excellent pre-owned condition. This is from my personal closet and I think I wore it 2 or 3 times total. Approximate measurements laid flat: Waist: 15" Length: 13"
