Delightfully vintage! Good condition with wear. This is a collectible hat (not sure what era but probably 1950's/1060's. Fabric is velvet with a felt bow. It could still be worn, but if it were me, I'd much rather keep it as a collectible. Super classy! Smoke-free home and fast shipper!
