Gently used and is in good condition. This line is discontinued and is difficult to find elsewhere. I added a picture of the price comparison to another straightener as it is no longer available on the website. It’s a very high quality straightener. I no longer have the box: it has some defects on the temperature screen but the straightener works just as brand new- please feel free to ask any questions!
