GIrls Faces Pattern Dress

Gorgous patterned dress. Size tag was removed and no maker's tag but I couldn't not pick up this little beauty. The dress is a thicker material and has some stretch reminds me kind of the spf swimsuit wear or a thinner wetsuit material. Pattern is unique. Raw hem. Pleated Skirt in front.
