GIVENCHY Vintage Navy Blue Double-Faced Wool Shirt Jacket/Shacket OVERSIZED M-XL

Although technically a vintage piece (1970s), this handsome shirt jacket, or "shacket", is right on trend for the present day. It is designed to have an oversized appearance with dropped shoulders. The jacket/shacket is a dark blue double-faced wool twill with a grayish undertone. It has a shirt collar, two buttoned flap pockets on the chest, two buttoned slash pockets at the hips, eight-inch slits at the bottom of each side seam, and no cuffs, so the sleeves can be turned back to your preferred length. On the inside of the jacket, you'll find folded and hand-sewn French seams. Even the sleeves are double-faced, so this jacket provides a genuine element of warmth, even though it's not a heavy coat. I believe I can make out that the jacket is French size 38, which is considered equivalent to a US size 6. Measurements and sizing charts indicate that this shacket falls in the Medium to Large range, depending on how oversized you want the fit to be. CONDITION Very good vintage condition with no structural issues or stains. I did see a couple of tiny pinholes in one of the sleeves, but the lining is the same material as the shell, so they don't show.
