My Kissy doll loved modeling this fancy headband. It would be lovely for a wedding, perhaps on a tiny flower girl. Or you can dress up your toddler girl for a tea or garden party, birthday party, or photo shoot. This has a flexible headband inside that isn't tight. The cotton chin lace is to keep this on a baby with slippery hair, perhaps, and certainly to look adorable.
