Beautiful lace peplum dress by Pins and Needles (an Urban Outfitters sold brand)! I SHORTENED THE STRAPS! This dress looked bad in the chest on any shorter/smaller girls so the straps were sown shorter, as shown in picture (inside seam)! Size small
