It is made of a light weight, blue, black, green and white plaid cotton fabric. It wraps across the front and is attached at the side waist. It is cut shorter at the point where the skirt crosses at the bottom and is cut longer gradually toward the center back. CUTE!! There is a 1 1/2" elastic in the back waist.
