erika_annn @aaatchley works perfectly fine! Never had any issues with it. I just have naturally curly hair so I don’t use the straightener often enough. Turns on and heats up in seconds ready to use and will ‘chime’ to let you know it is on and ready! Purchased March 2020. If you can’t tell from pics it also includes the silicone heat protector tip cover as well☺️
