GEORGEOUS and flattering silk dress

I adore this dress - I love the abstract peacock feather print. I love the comfortable, flattering fit. Top fits closely (smocking in back adds stretch) with scoop neck and sexy opening in back. Skirt is fully and flowy. Generously sash can be tied front or back. It is classy and modern and feminine. Some discoloration inside neck area and at base of each armhole, which are not visible unless you raise your arms straight up in air in bright light (rarely a good idea in a sleeveless dress!).
