shashamaxx @aliciawixson Hi… the Shoulder pads are not very thick… but they are under the lining… I believe they can easily be removed if you open a seam maybe 2 inches and reach in to snip them out… I suggest you take it to your local Taylor/seamstress . If you know how to hand stitch the opening back closed after you remove them.. you can probably do it yourself

shashamaxx It’s thick and textured but it’s also buttery soft leather… so it’s not stiff
