this is a young teenage girls dress. has neon colors that remind me of disco so would make a good theme dress also. chevron pattern with pinks, yellow, greens and blue. has black straps that make a design on the back to match the V pattern on the dress. this dress has a underling slip underneath. this dress will go approximately to the knee area. the hemline is rounded in the back so there is almost 3 more inches of material in the back at the middle point. found no issues or flaws. smoke free home and pet friendly home. armpit to armpit is 16 inches as you can't read it in my picture rack n, section e
