npetrusic @vichongnguyen It’s been over a month since you accepted the order. It should have been addressed immediately if not working upon receipt. I am certain it was fully functional and reset correctly. It may need charged? I’m very familiar with Garmin products and happy to help you navigate use of the device. There are a lot of online resources for this device also.

npetrusic Also- this watch operates by the side buttons, it is not a touch screen like some of their newer models. I compared it side by side with my newer Garmin and a Coros and it tracks the same as far as pace and time.

vichongnguyen @npetrusic I do have 2 Garmin watch. I just came back from vacation and just opened and started to use them but after 5 hours charged the battery. They didn’t work.
