GAP skirt

A-line patterned skirt. Circle/swirl pattern. Size 1 but fits like a 4-6. Just dry cleaned. The perfect amount of volume for a wheelchair user that wants to drape their skirt over their wheels for a quick picture but doesn’t want so much volume that it keeps getting stuck in their wheels.
