genelle55 @lmmsjm69 The ptp is 19”, but there is elastic right under the chest area where the tie is. The elastic relaxed is 16” across. When the elastic is pulled all the way across it goes to 22”. Hope this helps! 😊

genelle55 @lmmsjm69 It is a little see through. That is the beauty of this dress though is the lightness of the fabric that makes it super soft and flowy. The top layer of the dress is 100% polyester. The lining is 100% cotton. I feel like if you wore nude undergarments or slip it would be perfect.
