GAP Velvet Black Skirt

This beautiful black velvet skirt is used but in excellent condition. The waist line is 16 inches across, itis an a-line form, and is 24.5 inches long. It is made from 98% cotton and 2% spandex. It also has a small jeweled snowflake on the belt tie.
