Light gray web fabric handles; long handle is a 13-inch drop. Bag dimensions lying flat: 20 inches wide across top, 12 inches wide at bottom, 7.5 inches deep. One interior pocket, lined, magnetic snap enclosure. The weird color on the bottom of the bag is just the reflection from my camera. Beautiful bag great carry on, beach tote, work tote or daily purse!
