GAP Starry Split-Neck Peplum Blouse

Adorable rayon blouse in a cool starry print on a black background. Features a split-neck neckline, peplum bottom, and 3/4 length sleeves. It has a pretty sheen finish, which unfortunately in the photos may appear like faded spots, but it isn't fading, it's just the lighting. In very good used condition. From a Smoke-Free home.
