GAP Red Sheath Dress with ruching, Cap Sleeves and drawstring tulip hem

This is a sexy coquettish dress although it’s difficult to tell in the pics! To me it has a pin-up rockabilly feel with the small red and purple flower print on black background and the ruching and gathers at the top and on the hem. There is no size tag but I think it’s a 14 or 16 and measured in the pics.
