GAP Pencil Skirt

A simple black pencil skirt from GAP. The waist band is elastic and material has a lot of stretch. Instead of having a regular hem at the bottom, the end of the skirt folds over into the inside as shown in the photos. Never Worn. 70% Polyester / 30% Viscose Length - 23 in. / 58.5 cm. Waist Width - 16 in. / 40.5 cm.
