hollismillsaps Hi, I usually wear a size large hat, and this hat comes down about 1/2" over the top of my ears, about 1/2" below my hairline in front (covering 1/2" of forehead), and just down to my hairline in back. The circumference is about 18-1/2". I had assumed the "one size" tag was referring to adults, but just googled and saw Gap sells children's hats, too, so I'm not positive this hat IS for an adult. Thank you for your like and hope the measurements will help.

hollismillsaps @poshmarker007 Hi again. My husband just commented "that hat is too small," and he then showed me it would not fit his head, which is rounder than mine. So I have changed the hat description to include the word "Youth." Thank you for inquiring and preventing disappointment for an adult with a good sized head.
