Is 25 inch the waist or length ? Do you have a flat waist measurement

@mkatz96 25" is the length! The flat waist measurement is 15" across. I wouldn't say it correlates to true a 30" waist because I wear a 30" waist right now and these are not close to fitting.

I found a size chart for these pants on GAP's site that shows a waist measurement of 27". Hope this helps!
