GAP 5 Pocket Cuffed Twill Shorts

Cuffed shorts with 3” inseam. Cute ikat like teal green and cream print. They are 98% cotton, but have some stretch. Laying flat, the waist is 15” across. I can wear a 2 in things like LOFT, but this 2 was tighter. I can get them on, but they look too tight. New with tags.
