A black background adorned with small white spots, across over V-neck, fixed waist to the front with a tie belt and elastic smocked waist to the back. Short sheer sleeves with a ruffled smocked cuff, high-low design with a back zipper fastening. Fully lined and pre-loved but in great condition, except for a little pulling where a safety pin was used to keep the neckline fastened, please see the last picture !! Pit to pit approximately 17"inches Waist approximately 14.5" inches Mid shoulder to hemline, FRONT 42" inches , BACK 47"inches Shell and lining 100% Polyester Hand Was Cold and Line Dry.
