AUTHENTIC G-1 flight jacket from Star Mfg. which makes this an issued jacket from the 1970s. This is Navy / Marine Corp spec G-1...it's the same style leather jacket you see in Top Gun. I had the cuffs and waistband replaced new a year or two ago, but haven't worn it much since. If you know about classic G-1s, these are common failure points, so I've saved you the headache.
