G. H. Bass Tan Messenger Bag (10” X 15” X 4”)

This gently-used G. H. Bass messenger bag is in very good condition. It is made of 100% waxed cotton (which is much like canvas) with brown trim and brass fittings on the outside. The flap closure tips, the G. H. Bass badge and the shoulder strap anchors are brown leather. The only noteworthy condition issues are some minor indication of past use on the back side where the outer flap meets the body of the bag and a small scratch of the Bass badge (see photos). The inside of the bag closes with a metal zipper and/or the outer flap which has 2 metal snaps. Within the bag are a 12” X 1” open pocket with Velcro closure (suitable for a smaller electronic device), 2 smaller open pockets (each about 4” wide) and an inner zippered pocket about 9” wide. The bag itself measures about 10” X 15” and the bag’s base is 4” deep. The bag’s shoulder strap is adjustable with a bag drop range from 12” to 24” and each end of the strap has a swiveling clip.
