Funky, unique dress

This dress is so fun! It's white with a horse and carriage scene at the bottom. Definitely a conversation starter. From a boutique.. I love it, but sadly I decided it's too short for me. Would be best for someone 5'2 or shorter in my opinion. It's missing a small gold flower from the appliqué on the back, but this isn't noticeable.
