Brand new without tags, this funky and vibrant colored harem romper has a black background with neon splatter design. It’s a size XL or about 12/14. It’s never been worn and was purchased on vacation and just now unpacked from my suitcase. List a bunch of weight and just too big now. Material is a viscose blend and super soft!
