Funky Sequined Ice Cream Shirt Dress

So these are a fun and weird item that I came across! These are brand new, no tags, never worn - a boutique item. This is a synthetic, stretchy black shirt dress with 3/4 length sleeves and a sequined fringe at the cuffs and hem. The ice cream eyes are tiny little sequins. This dress is a lot of fun, but does have some uneven stitching around the patch (pictured) in some spots and some of the netting is visible from the sequin patch.
