These robin's egg blue Wolky ankle boots will get you noticed--at least they did the two times I wore them. They have a rubber sole, stacked heel with a hard cap, and a three-inch heel. They have a funky plaid insert, a gold buckle, and a wider semi-pointed toe. You may not know the brand or think of it as cool, but Wolky makes great shoes.
