Funky Mini Dress

This was purchased at a local boutique and only worn once. It was a bit shorter than I’m comfortable with. Note the small spot in the 3rd picture. It is on the right sleeve. It likely can be removed with a spot cleaner. I didn’t notice it until I was taking the pictures for this listing.
