Vintage Fish Fashion 1999 handle bag (item #2550 for collectors), soft padded/stuffed purse. Rare find! Handle is 11in from the top of the handle down to the the zipper. Approx 21in wide. Zipper approx 9in across. I could see this for someone who likes fish or maybe for a Halloween costume child or adult or a collector of North American Bear Co.
