Funko pop Quicksilver toy with creased box. Funkopop marvel comics x-men 179 toy

Funko pop Quicksilver toy with creased box. I have no idea if this was ever opened or not (It wasn't sealed when I got it, So I just don't know! Anyways... let's assume it's opened/used)... The Box IS creased from storage. toy inside looks fine. He seems to be a bobble head. The tiny store sticker at the bottom of the box is calling it a pop vinyl. ...  (Sorry, but I'm Not an expert on these things! )
