Very good condition--small mark on very first page has white corrector tape covering it and 4 pages out of 467 have been written on in the chapter of Safety ( that is all I could find and I looked well.) There is a pic showing the small mark on first page. Book has more than 1200 questions with answers and rationales for the answers. The copyright is 2012 but basic nursing care 101 has changed very little over the years, physical assessment skills remain the same as well as general nursing knowledge so this book could still be of valuable use for test taking and review. For $11 this may be another helpful resource for your nursing preparation. Study CD is intact in back of book Comes from a smoke free home.
