This is a fun yellow top that I have worn once, it is a very bright yellow so I don't recommend this against pale skin, it will wash you out. Does run a little small size wise so a Medium could easily wear this

retrobunny @mrshillendahl it's designed to stop just past the hip, but if you wish to wear it as a dress (depending on height) you could get it to stretch to about mid butt

retrobunny @cyndihenderson, while the picture shows that it's a kind of pastel yellow its more of a sunshine yellow, I would say it's an in between pastel sunshine yellow
