In the spirit of the west this dress has a corset style fitting white huge ruffled skirt bottom. Would be fun for kicking up your heels and dancing. Bought but never wore. Has been hanging in closet in plastic. 100% cotton; looks a little yellow but could probably be brought back to bright white.
