sarah80305 @margeauxforever There is a small stretch to it but I wouldn't say it's a "stretchy" fabric per se. The fabric is 100% viscose, not including the sequins. I'm usually a Small and only sometimes an XS but this fits me. The shoulders and mid section are 16" when laid flat, the bottom flares out a bit. Hope that helps! My model shot is so boring but this is a super cute top! The v neck is sexy but not scandalous!
