Fun ruffle blue dress!

Worn once. This dress is super fun and flowy and moves alot. It can be dressed up or down and perfect for any occassion! It has one strap you tie around the neck so you can control how much cleavage is shown, and it has a strechy strap in the back to hold the dress up. It's a bright navy blue color which is flattering on all skin tones! It's a medium but can fit from size 3 because of the stretch. It falls just above the knee
