Fun green pleated elastic with white polka dots skirt. Size 12 New Attitude 80's

I really love this skirt but have lost weight and can't wear it. It's a fun flirty skirt that is comfortable with the elastic waist. The pleats make it more interesting and stylish than a traditional 80's polka dot. There's no wear and tear areas that I can see. The brand is New Attitude, a division of Ross Togs, and a size 12. I'd say it's about correct in today's sizing but look at the below measurements for confirmation. I've measured it laying flat, seam to seam. The waist is 17" with an A line style cut, mid length, that is 31.5" long.
