Beautiful open back. Can be worn as a loose flowy fit or add a belt a more fitted look. Lightweight material. No brand, got this at a boutique. Great for a warm vacation I am 5’5” and 130lbs and it has a loose, flowy fit on me. I can fit in smalls/mediums
