Fun dress and blues and purple

Short, sleeved, knee length dress with an empire waist and full skirt. Scoop, neck, and cap sleeves. There are many shades of blue and purple in this dress from royal blue to light blue to turquoise to lavender and purple with black accents. 95% polyester, 5% spandex size 18/20. Actual colors are a little lighter in person than they appear in the photos.
