Adorable short dress from Zara. Slightly puffy/ruffled bottom dress. Navy blue with a black/blue shimmer to it. 14” at natural waist, laying down. 31(ish)” top to bottom, laying down. Difficult to take pictures, so please look at the last 2 images for the true color of the dress! One detail is a slight bit of fraying under the right armpit - can easily fix! Side zipper. Washable!! It is a (small) medium.
