Fun and flirty Nations cotton blouse

Gotta love Nation for their fun and flirty take on the basics! I love this blouse but it’s a little too large for me. I bought a Small instead of an XS. Elastic wrist bands help create dimension if you want to wear it as a 3/4 sleeve. Like new. No holes or tears.
