Fun Tube Top Dress with Self Fabric Ribbon Detail. The black tube top section is approximately 7 inches long and the fabric skirt is approximately 23 inches long. The tube top section is approximately 11-1/2 inches across lying flat and easily has at least 5-6 inches more in stretch. Fabric content is 82% polyester/16% Rayon/2% Spandex. This dress is machine washable and lay flat or hang to dry. Great travel piece as it doesn't wrinkle. The size is marked medium but would probably also fit as a small. This dress has been gently worn and is in excellent condition.
