Fun NWOT blue/black retro style halter dress

This is a super cute dress I bought for the Kentucky derby but honestly not a lot of structure to it so it was never worn. It has a side hidden zipper and a halter tie neck & cute little ribbon detail with a center bow. It is new without tags. It is a size medium but should be equivalent to a 4 to 6.
